Buy your tokens and collect monthly rents
Once you’ve selected a property, choose the number of tokens you wish to purchase. After the funding round closes, you’ll receive monthly returns proportional to your investment.
- Select the amount of tokens (minimum from €100)
- Make your payment by bank transfer, card, or cryptocurrency
- Receive blockchain confirmation of your ownership
- Collect monthly rent payments directly into your account

Who can invest in FUNDYX?

Do I need to know about cryptocurrencies to invest?
NO, The solution is designed so that anyone can invest.
How are incomes distributed?
The rents are distributed at the beginning of the following month.
For example, November’s profits are distributed between December 2nd and 5th.
If you invest mid-month, you will receive the corresponding proportional amount.
Can you reinvest the profits?
If possible.
You have two options:
1. If your balance is sufficient to cover the total cost of the tokens, you can choose the option “Pay with balance”.
2. If your balance only covers part of the investment, you can complete the payment with traditional payment methods.
To do this, select the option “Use/Deduct balance”, and the system will apply your available balance, covering the rest with your chosen payment method.
